I’ve been renting from Indigo JLT almost weekly, and I can confidently say they’re one of the best rental company out there. Over time, I’ve grown really familiar and comfortable with their service because they are always professional, reliable, and never surprise you with extra charges. The team is incredibly accommodating, specially my kabayans Roby, Erwin, and also Khuram, who always go above and beyond to make the process smooth and hassle-free. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve rented cars from them because it’s just so convenient: obviously, I prefer SUVs. It's just very cheap to rent, and whenever I need a car, I can simply message them on WhatsApp or book through the app, and it’s ready for pickup at JLT. The convenience, consistency, and customer service are top tier. Indigo JLT truly sets the standard for car rentals. ✨ If I had one wish, it would be to see a loyalty program or occasional complimentary perks for regular customers. Overall, highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have a best experience with this company. Especially with Frank, Erwin and Robbie who help me with my booking. They are very accommodating until the end of the rental. If you are looking for car rental with price, good car and good customer service then come to Indigo in JLT BRANCH.

I booked an MG3, which was confirmed over the phone for pickup. However, upon reaching the branch, the car was not available. The staff insisted I take a Nissan Sunny instead — an old, poorly maintained car with inflated tires and a dirty interior. Since I was in a hurry, I reluctantly agreed. They also forced me to take the car for two days, claiming the Dubai Silicon Oasis branch was closed, and ended up overcharging me. When returning the car to the JLT branch, they demanded additional “inter-branch” transfer fees that were never mentioned during booking. Instead of showing any professionalism or apology, they tried to pressure me into paying more. This company operates dishonestly — overcharging, misleading customers, and providing substandard vehicles. Avoid them at all costs, no matter what offers they show online.
